Since last week Monday I did not run even one mile. I have a very good reason but it has nothing to do with running, or being lazy. Either way it is personal and I will not post it here. I am dying to get running again, it’s driving me nuts. I think tomorrow I will be able to squeeze in 30 minutes. Since I was able to run three miles last Monday I decided I will now just run for 30 minutes trying to improve my distance in that time. Once things settle down I hope I can get in a “long run” on the weekends.
