Yesterday bummed me out and I started to feel like I let myself down. I made sure I ate better last night and today, drank far more water than the last few days (back to normal basically) and went into the run with a better attitude. I left behind everything and enjoyed the moment. My feet knew what to do and seemed to keep my lungs, heart and mind in line. Yes in that order. :) I pushed hard. I ran three miles again and felt like I could go further. I wanted to but my 30 minutes were up three minutes ago and I do not want to risk my knee hurting again. I’m hungry.
